Questions or queries
We are always on hand to answer any questions on products, delivery or anything at all. We can answer any queries by phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, or alternatively we will answer your email within 3 working days. All contact details can be found on our contacts page.
Delivery Status
Our system is updated regularly and we endeavour to make sure our stock status is accurate. However, in some circumstances, an item listed as 'in stock' may on occasion be out of stock if sales have been high. In those situations we would expect to re-stock and deliver the goods within a week. If the delivery date is expected to be longer than 1 week, we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery date, or give you the option to cancel your order. All delivery dates quoted are working days. We do not deliver on Weekends.
Delivery Address
All goods must be signed for on delivery as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which cannot be delivered by our couriers. If our courier service has tried to deliver the goods on several different occasions but has found no-one in to sign for the goods, the goods will be returned to us automatically by the courier without our prior knowledge. In situations like this, we will have to re-charge delivery to cover costs of re-sending parcels back out.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is supplied and a delivery is made by us then we will not be able to refund or re-deliver the goods and the purchaser must them make their own arrangements to collect the goods delivered to the address supplied.

Returns Policy
Oopsy Daisy Kids wants all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their goods. Should you be dissatisfied, for whatever reason, email us so we can arrange a refund or exchange them for an alternative. Any return must be authorised within 7 days of delivery and we ask that they are kindly returned in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. We are unable to refund delivery costs.
We are very confident that the products will live up to your highest expectations. However, on occasion, products can develop a fault, if this is a genuine fault we will happily refund the product, alternatively we can arrange to have the goods replaced. We may ask to test the item to check the fault before replacing/refunding. We recommend that you return the goods to us recorded delivery as we will not be able to refund on lost items. Please email oopsydaisykids.co.uk prior to the return of the faulty goods for an authorisation code. This enables us to check stocks for similar faults and inform suppliers so that it doesn't happen again. This does not affect your statutory rights
We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We cannot refund return postage unless you received the wrong item or the item was faulty.
Pricing
Oopsy Daisy Kids reserves the right to change its prices. Oopsy Daisy Kids cannot be responsible for typographical errors, for instance if a product is marked with an incorrect price. In this instance we will email you and inform you of the correct price, you will have an opportunity to cancel the order should you wish to do so.
Special Offers
We regularly run special offers and discounts to bring you the best products at the best prices. Only one gift voucher per purchase can be redeemed.. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer although party planner discounts can be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Representation of Product
We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible; however, customers should be aware that the pictures are a representation of the product and there may be small differences to the actual product. As all babies and toddlers are individuals, their size may vary according to their age, and therefore we cannot guarantee all garments will fit perfectly. We recommend when buying a gift for a new born baby you choose 0-3 months Customers who are not satisfied with any product can return the item; please refer to our returns policy.
Complaint
We endevaour to provide the highest level of service to ensure you become a regular customer. However, if you feel you have not received a good service we are happy to hear your comments so we can improve our service. All correspondences will be kept confidential. Contact us by email. We aim to reply to your complaint within 5 working days.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. This may include emailing you with our monthly newsletter and special offers. We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Our terms and conditions are subject to UK law and the products we supply are subject to British Standards. Products and services featured on the site do not automatically carry a guarantee from Oopsy Daisy Kids of their quality or value. We recommend consumers seek advice from the manufacturer or organisation involved.
Pictures supplied by outside sources retain ownership of said pictures. Any pictures received or downloaded are for private use only and may not be distributed, re-copied, transmitted, sold or used for any commercial purpose beyond promoting relevant product or service. Use of any pictures is not permitted without prior consent from babycity.co.uk. Articles and information on the site have been contributed from outside sources. Contributors should be aware that Oopsy Daisy Kids does not accept any responsibility, where permissible by UK law, for information published on the site and any injury or damage caused to persons as a result of said information.
